403 - Forbidden: Access is denied.

I'm trying to access a WebService that are  HTTPS .  I  already downloaded the certification .cer and I added in this location C:\Program Files (x86)\SmartBear\SoapUI-5.3.0\jre\lib\security\cacerts  using the keytool. I try to configure the keyStore(cacerts) in "SSL Setting" and also in "WS-Security Configuration", but i always received this message:

        <h2>403 - Forbidden: Access is denied.</h2>
         <h3>You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied.</h3>

Where should I configure my certification on Soapui 5.3.0?

 I don't have any idea whats going on.

Please, Can anyone help me ?
